As we are now serving and selling quite a few pressed Puers, it seemed only right for us to carry a proper way to break into those bings and zhuans. Of course, you can open up a Puer cake with anything sharp, but in China a Puer Pick is essential.
We are carrying them in the tearoom for $3 each, so it’s a worth-while investment if you have any cakes or bricks that are a little too tough for that letter-opener.
