The healthy, strong but above all fine downy tips are picked and processed exclusively by hand at the birthplace of this noble tea in the Chinese province of Hunan. Regular drinking can bring on a distinctly melancholy mood.

Description

Preparation

Put 5-7g of tea (a whole tea scoop) in a warmed pot and pour on water at 85°C (180-185 F). After 1 minute serve the tea with an extra pot of hot water on a burner for further infusions.
